Recruitment is now complex and time consuming to find the right person for the role. Prior to using Kyle we tried to recruit ourselves and had over 70 applications, however a high percentage didn't meet the criteria for the role. We shortlisted a couple and one never turned up. We decided to use Kyle as he was confident he had the right people for us, we interviewed two and employed one of them.
