Recruitment is now complex and time consuming to find the right person for the role. Prior to using Kyle we tried to recruit ourselves and had over 70 applications, however a high percentage didn't meet the criteria for the role. We shortlisted a couple and one never turned up. We decided to use Kyle as he was confident he had the right people for us, we interviewed two and employed one of them. Being extremely busy this made my job for easier and hopefully we have a great new team member.
