Cathal relates with people, takes time to understand the background and aspirations, keep the conversation honest on what we can expect. No underselling / overselling. This is important. The main role of the recruiter is not to make us look good but get the role. So, direct feedback and realistic expectations while understanding background and aspirations are all good. I look at Gempool always during career change for the above reasons.
