I can not recommend Armina enough. She was so positive right from the start and made me feel very positive about myself. She explained the role to me in detail, telling me what the Interviewer was looking for and what to expect from her. Armina knew what type of person the company was looking for and had a great relationship with this employer. She was trusted to send the right person hence not wasting either my time, her time or the clients time. Her enthusiasm is filtered down the phone and her honesty to me was a Pleasant surprise, she wanted to put the right person in the right job. Morgan was the first person I reached out to from an agency point of view when I was made aware that my previous role was at risk of redundancy. Day or night he kept me in the loop with the smallest update. Although I did not accept a perm offer he managed to get me, he did get me through the festive period on a temp role and for that I'm grateful.
