Morgan contacted me after viewing my CV as he believed that I may have the skills and experience for role he is currently recruiting to.He arranged a Teams meeting and asked me about my background the reason for me leaving my current role. He took time to understand my background and what I'm looking for. He explained what the organisation was looking for and said that he would send me the job description which he did. He informed me that my CV had been send to the recruiters at the academy and would update me in due course on feedback. I found Morgan to be friendly, approachable and informative.
